Last week I got pudding happy. Since I haven’t taken pictures of food in a while, I of course jumped on the opportunity to lightly decorate the puddings and then take pictures of them. First up, banana pudding with sliced strawberries and kiwi topping.
At the end of the week, I made pistachio pudding and top it with crushed pistachios. By the way, if you’re unawre of the market price for pistachios, let me enlighten you: THEY’RE REALLY EXPENSIVE. And it makes me cry on the inside. But they’re so delicious. I love pistachios. Pistachio ice cream, pistachio pudding…I could roll around in pistachios the way I imagine rich people might roll around in pools of $100 bills.
