Summer will always be my favorite season.
But I’ll be damned if I don’t love fall foods. I will gladly guzzle anything pumpkin, especially oven baked pumpkin. It’s properly the easiest way to cook it and it’s absolutely delicious.
All you need to do is chop it up, clean out the innards, and bake it at 400 degrees F until a toothpick easily goes through the pieces. I don’t have an exact time for that, but minimum 30 minutes, and keep an eye on it.
