I usually prefer to type out recipes I try out, especially to include modifications I may have done. But I’m not gonna lie to y’all, this recipe is INVOLVED and the original write out even has step-by-step photos.
So instead of writing it out, I’ma give y’all the link, here.
I will say, however, that I modified this recipe by using a can of canned mango, and I did not particularly enjoy the way my mousse came out at all. It never settled and tasted like canned fruit.
I also don’t think I mixed my cream cheese well enough, and I think the case could be sweeter overall.
