Purple flowers always seem to photograph well. I’m not a huge fan of the color purple, at least not like, Crayola crayon purple. I enjoy lilacs and lavenders. BUT ANYWAY. This particular flower looks especially great in purple. And therefore it is tonight’s upload.
In all the time I’ve photographed flowers, I’ve found the smaller ones often make the prettiest pictures. Especially in clusters, with various light flowing through. I like this one because of the backlighting and the multilayered focal points.
Aaaah, Throwback Thursday, the easiest day of the week! In the absence of Spring (at least in Michigan), here’s something to look forward to.
