Ever since my friend Betsy and I discussed the topic of “how the hell to cook cauliflower” I’ve had a few recipes I favorited on Foodgawker stuck in my mind.
Today I put one to the test: Honey Lime Cauliflower Hot Wings (click for link) and it turned out well.
I substituted the brown rice flour and almond meal with whole oat flour and all purpose flour. It turned out fine.
