Summer is HERE and so are some of my favorite fruits from watermelon to apricots, but most importantly – cherries!
I stopped by my favorite local farmer’s market looking for their corn salsa, but since it isn’t corn season yet, they didn’t have any in stock.
However, a few bags of cobbler mix caught my eye which is how I ended up with this super easy and delicious Cherry Cobbler.
